balance Me. Shine on Tinted Lip Salve

When I nipped into town today I picked up the August issue of Glamour for a bit of afternoon reading in the sunshine.  I always love the little freebies you bet with Glamour I always remember buying it for the benefit mascara while I was doing my A-levels at school. 

Today tucked in the cellophane was a balance Me. Shine on Tinted Lip Salve, I really like lip stains especially in the summer so I was rather excited to try a tinted lip salve with a glossy finish, I also really love the balance Me. story, it was set up by two British sisters Rebecca and Clare Hopkins in 2005, they left their careers in PR and retrained in the holistic field.  They started making products in their kitchen and were soon spotted by a leading high street retailer and began selling throughout the UK within a year.  Sian Jones then joined the two sisters bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in retail and aromatherapy.  balance Me. uses cutting edge, hi-tech natural formulations and chemistry to create their range of gorgeous award-winning products that are sold at affordable prices that is available in hundreds of leading high street retailers, on-line and independent stockists. 

The sheer raspberry tinted lip salve had a really nice gloss and a definite tint, it has a scent which once on the lips kind of dissipates but I cant quite but my finger on exactly what it smells like, all in all a good little freebie and one that wil be popped in my makeup bag for future use, probably over a tint to get a more intense colour.
